Wash/Dry Laundry Services Agreement

2143302 Ontario Limited doing business as Bugs'R'Gone Laundry services are provided subject to your (hereinafter "Customer") compliance and acceptance with the terms and conditions set forth below.  As a condition to using any of 2143302 Ontario Limited services, and for the mutual benefit of both the Customer and 2143302 Ontario Limited, the undersigned ("Customer") by contacting 2143302 Ontario Limited either in person, by telephone, fax, email or internet for the purpose of contracting laundry services, agrees to the following terms and conditions in whole and without exception:

Notice of Restrictions

2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry will endeavor to ensure the highest  quality of service. However:

  • 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry is not responsible for clothing that bleeds, shrinks, matts or otherwise changes as a result of normal washing.
  • 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry will do everything possible to remove all stains, but 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry can not guarantee removal of all stains.  
  • 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal items such as money, jewelry, or any other object that is not intended to be washed by Royal Forest  Laundry. Customer agrees not to leave such items in its clothing or bag given to us with articles to be laundered.
  • 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry is not responsible for garments labeled "hand wash only" or "dry clean only" and is not responsible for checking for these labels in Customer's garments. Please check garments before delivering them to or making available for pickup by 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry.
  • 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry is not responsible for lost articles unless proven that 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry was responsible for the loss.
  • 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry is not responsible for the loss, or damage of items left unattended for pick up-or drop-off. There must be Customer present at the time of pick and drop off to ensure the safety of Customer’s items.
  • Customer agrees to follow any and all instructions re their laundry order as directed by 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry 
  • 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry does not take responsibility for any cross-contamination of the laundered material after delivery back to the Customer. Due to the nature of the specialized service, 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry shall not be held liable in any way for re-contamination of the laundered material after it has been delivered back to the Customer.
  • 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry is not responsible for lost articles unless proven that 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry was responsible for the loss.
  • By contracting 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry to undertake laundering of the Customer's material, the Customer agrees not to hold 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry liable, in any way, for cross-contamination or re-contamination of the Customer's material regardless of how caused. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry for any and all costs associated with or caused by said cross-contamination or re-contamination regardless of cause or circumstance, whether material or otherwise. Before 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry can be considered liable it must be proven that Customer's material was delivered unsanitized and, in any case, Customer agrees that damages if any shall be limited to and shall not exceed the cost of laundering the order or as dictated by 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry.
  • Although every effort is made to ensure a positive result, 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry does not guarantee that all material that is delivered back to the Customer has been rendered free of insects, live or dead.
  • 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.
  • Although 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry is not liable for damage or loss of clothing due the fault of the third party cleaners or service providers, if 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry is proven to have lost the item of clothing,  2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry will reimburse Customer for lost or damaged clothing in an amount to be determined by 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry . Customer must notify 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry within 3 days of receipt of a delivery of any lost or damaged items from that particular delivery. If the item is not reported before or on that fifth day then the failure to do so constitutes waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items from that delivery.
  • *Due to the special nature of this service and the specific time intensive procedural requirements that are undertaken by us to ensure proper sanitation / segregation of each order specific to this specialty service a minimum charge of $125 per order (plus GST) is applicable. A 10% reduction on this charge applies if referred by LiceSquad Canada
  • 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry  will store Customer's completed order for 7 (seven) days at no charge. 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry reserves the right to apply a charge of $10 per day thereafter to store Customer's completed order.
  • Customer agrees to make themself available to receive their completed order within 7 (seven) days from the date that their order was picked up for processing. 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry shall not be held liable, in any way, for any damages to Customer's order or any articles contained therein, however caused, but specifically due to customer's failure to make themself available for delivery within the required 7 (seven) day period due to moisture accumulation / condensation that may occur in the plastic bags that their order is packaged in. Please make yourself available for delivery within the 7 (seven) day period following your order competion to avoid this possibility. Customer acknowledges and accepts sole responsibility should this occur. In addition, should this occur, Customer waives any and all claims for damages, whether direct or indirect and agrees to hold 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry harmless at any rate.
  • 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry liability under this agreement shall be limited to general money damages in an amount not to exceed the charges for the service paid by Customer. This liability shall be the extent of 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry s liability regardless of the form in which any legal or equitable action may be brought and the foregoing shall constitute Customers exclusive remedy. In no event will 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry be held liable or be responsible for any consequential, special, direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive loss or damages whether or not 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry knew or should have known of the likelihood of any loss or damages. Customer agrees to make themself available for delivery of their order on the date and at the time agreed to. Failure to be available for order delivery without a minimum of twenty four hours prior notice will result in a missed delivery fee of fifty five dollars being added to the total of Customer's bill. 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry disclaims all warranties, express or implied with respect to the services rendered under this agreement. All sales are final. All payments are non-refundable.
  • By contacting 2143302 Ontario Limited dba Bugs'R'Gone Laundry and arranging service, Customer agrees in whole to the above.





























 When your order is returned to you...

 

Now that you have received your processed order, we have some recommendations that we suggest you follow to further assist in ensuring a positive result.

Your order has been thouroughly washed, completely dried and inspected multiple times in accordance with our rigid protocols.

The articles in your order have been packaged in heavy guage clear plastic and tightly sealed at the top.This should be sufficient to keep your order protected from any re-infestation should you find that your living space is still infested.

The bags that your order was returned to you in, although tightly sealed, are not vacuum packed and they still contain air. Air contains moisture which can condense if exposed to variable temperatures. If you decide to keep your articles in the plastic bags for any length of time before unpacking them -  for instance, if you are not sure that your living space is completely free of the the infestation that you are dealing with, we recommend that you relocate that bags to a safe (uninfested) area, unseal the top of each bag and air out your articles periodically to prevent condensation cycles from occuring. This should mitigate the formation of mold/mildew should you decide to keep your order in the plastic for more than a day or two.

During the time in which your order was being processed, the clothing that you were wearing may have come into contact with the infestation in your home. We recommend that you carefully bag those remaining articles and send them with us for treatment, or simply discard them in a secure manner so as not to reinfest your recently returned laundry order.
